The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, with multiple metro stations nearby. It is so close to the metro that you can easily explore the city and visit all the major attractions. it is relatively close to Opera for the Roissybus to CDG airport, making it convenient for travelers.
Some of the staff at the hotel were not very helpful and had limited English skills, which could be frustrating for guests who require assistance.

The breakfast was simple but delicious, with fresh croissants, jam, butter, and a baguette. I also appreciated that they offered room service for breakfast when my partner wasn't feeling well. the staff was friendly and helpful, speaking decent English and providing directions and recommendations for exploring the city. the hotel's proximity to the metro station made it convenient to get around.
the room I was initially given was small, dingy, and dirty, with a broken shower cap.

Hotel Bienvenue is a hidden gem in the 9th Arrondissement. Its best aspects include its cleanliness, convenient location in a quiet side street, and quick access to metro stations. The hotel facilities are top-notch, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and the outdoor terrace adds to the charming atmosphere. my stay here was fantastic.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location in the 9th Arrondissement was perfect, with easy access to the Metro and plenty of cafes nearby. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a clean bathroom. I also appreciated the little touches, such as having a robe provided. The view from my window overlooking a beautiful church was a lovely bonus. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in the well-stocked mini bar and the option to have breakfast, which was quite good value for money. I was impressed by the luxurious feel and enhanced comfort of this place.

The room I was initially given was small and dirty, but the staff quickly accommodated me in a clean and comfortable room. The shower cap was broken, but the issue was resolved promptly. The location was convenient, with nearby train stations and an earlier check-in was allowed. I would recommend this hotel.
