The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, with multiple metro stations nearby. It is so close to the metro that you can easily explore the city and visit all the major attractions. it is relatively close to Opera for the Roissybus to CDG airport, making it convenient for travelers.

Some of the staff at the hotel were not very helpful and had limited English skills, which could be frustrating for guests who require assistance.

The breakfast was simple but delicious, with fresh croissants, jam, butter, and a baguette. I also appreciated that they offered room service for breakfast when my partner wasn't feeling well. The staff was friendly and helpful, speaking decent English and providing directions and recommendations for exploring the city. the hotel's proximity to the metro station made it convenient to get around.

The room I was initially given was small and dirty, but the staff quickly accommodated me in avery comfy and tidy room. The shower cap was broken, but the issue was resolved promptly. The location was convenient, with nearby train stations and an earlier check-in was allowed.
